Promised time to arrive was 3 pm to 5 pm. Aaron called at to ask if he could arrive early. He arrived at noon. Aaron was friendly, courteous, and kind. He even had dog treats for my dogs!!!! He know what he was doing and answered all questions asked in a politely way. I would recommend Aaron to anyone I know in the area for garage repair. A very happy customer. Jim did an excellent job! He was professional and fixed the "spring" problem we were having with our garage door, charging only the service call fee. He also detected a broken drum and explained the future problems this might cause. For a reasonable cost Jim replaced both drums and even checked out the garage door opener and replaced a few missing screws. Highly satisfied with job!!

Service was good but tech tried to sell a number of other products that I felt wasn't needed when you order a new product. If someone is going to try have upgrade your purchase it shouldn't be at the site. The reps on the phone could of ask those questions if I was interested.

Jeff called before arriving and was spot on with arrival. Introduced himself, saw problem, told me what it would cost, I agreed, and he proceeded with replacing broken spring with two new springs.
