He called and wanted to meet me earlier than the appt so I left work earlier than planned to meet him. Then he was actually 20 minutes later than the original time window. We called because on numerous occasions the garage door would not open even though the motor was working. He said since he couldn't duplicate incident he couldn't fix it. However he could make it sound really nice by replacing springs and wheels to the tune of $500 or more. And if the other problem happened again we can just replace the entire opener. Felt the company's goal is to charge you just for the opportunity for their saleperson to sale you on more expensive services. Total ripoff. Would not recommend or use again.

Service was fine. But I lead to believe that it would cost half of what his estimate was, when I called to make the appt. The girl on the phone should know that you only put up two springs now and therefore it would cost a lot more. Therefore I did not use your service because I thought I had been totally lied to. I found a place so much cheaper even having to pay you service fee.

Once they arrived they accessed the doors, gave us several repair/replacement options and were able to do the work at that time. Both techs seemed very knowledgeable about the products and the installation of several new parts to get our outdated door in excellent working order. They were both very patient in showing us the new system and how to work it.
