Our experience with Precision Garage Door of Houston, and Jeremy was exceptional. Five stars all around! Contacted Precision Garage Door via their website around Midnight on Saturday. I was not expecting a response until the work day on Monday. To my surprise I received a response via email from a live representative stating due to the late hour they did not want to contact me via phone but had availability the next morning and to respond via email or call them to setup an appointment. I called the next morning and chose from a number of time windows for a technician to come to our home. The technician called approximately an hour ahead of the scheduled window to confirm they would be there on time. Jeremy arrived on time and was very pleasant. He explained why our current door opener failed and advised us on what he could do to prevent another failure. We decided to replace everything that he recommended because we trusted him based on his presentation, reasoning, and that he would take 2-3 hours to make sure everything was functioning at 100% before he left. Jeremy completed his work diligently, and kept his work area clean. He explained the features of our new opener, and how to maintain our garage door hardware when he completed his work. He provided us with all the manuals, warranty cards, door openers, etc. and said to call him if we had any questions or needed him to help us with any issues with programming our cars to the new garage door opener.

On a very very hot Monday Urbano did a fantastic job installing our new garage door and operator. We were replacing a 25 year old door and 12 year old operator and Urbano thoroughly explained the operation of the remotes. I just cannot believe how quite the operation is. Excellent service starting with the call, Jessica I believe was the name of the person that took the service order, very polite. Appointment was scheduled between 1-3pm on a Sunday, Jeremy arrived early and had the door fixed promptly. Cost was very reasonable.

Frank was most cordial, professional, and informative. He provided clear and easy to understand information as to what happened to the broken springs. He was efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. In the process of doing the maintenance check, he was extremely thorough, added bolts where bolts were needed to secure the "safety" light as it was not secured and consequently could have created an adverse opportunity; he greased areas that needed it creating a more quiet door movement. I learned all about the springs that control the door as it opens and closes, and for that, I am grateful. I have a total new respect and insight into the operation of my garage door that keeps me and my property safe. I am so glad I called your business to ease my anxiety of a broken garage door due to the broken springs.
