Jeremy understood my "call in"and explained to me the problem and how to fix the repair - mismatch spring from an earlier spring replacement in June. He also found other problems, cracked clips, and a concern with my original 15 year old opener. After his explanation, which I thought logical, made sense and truthful, I replaced the clips and opener. Although, this was an expense, which I hadn't planned, I feel it will prevent a future breakdown. Jeremy is highly skilled, trained, confident and an effective salesman.

My tech John was doing double duty because a fellow tech had to take off for a family emergency but he still manged to get to me and get my door opener working again. He knows his business hands down. I have a Precision brand opener that is five years old. It is very quite and operates fine except recently only because the safety sensors were under water for a couple days during the Harvey flooding.

The Precision Door Customer Service group got me out of a nasty situation; we came home after dinner last night, opened the garage door and parked our brand new car inside. Pushed the door again to close the garage door and a huge bang made it clear that something was wrong - the door hung crooked and halfway closed, while the track was ripped out of the wall. They promised a technician around eleven and Sam showed up, did a remarkable job of getting the door closed, but he couldn't repair it till next day when John showed up who did the impossible, he straightened the track, bolted it back to the wall, replaced one roller that we could never find and did a fantastic job of repair in a short time. The only sour note of course was the sizeable charge for an Emergency Call, but I would not have left my garage door hang half open with my new car and basically the house wide open, so I rather be safe than sorry. Again both Sam who came to the early rescue and John who did a fantastic repair job are to be recommended as the "A-Team" of Precision. If you ever have a need for expert garage door repair or install - Precision Door -Thank You.
