Jeremy was awesome. He was delayed at another job, but still showed up and completed the repairs on the garage door and replacement of the opener by 10 pm! There were complications with the existing wiring, but he stuck with it and delivered a great system.

Jeremy arrived on time to service the garage door. The door was bouncing back up and had become very loud and did not always respond to the remote signal from the car. Jeremy discovered the cause of the issues quickly and repaired everything that required adjustment. The door was quiet and was no longer bouncing back open. Upon checking the door for the response for something under it ,he discovered that it was not as expected. The real issue was that I had a 1/3 hp motor and I have a very heavy 17 foot wide door built for storms. The issues were related to an underpowered motor. Jeremy told me the door was functioning well but I should watch for signs that it needed to be "tuned again" and explained what to look for. He did not try to sell me a new opener. I told him I wanted the 3/4 hp opener after he explained the types that could be used. We are very satisfied with the new opener and the fact that the door is all but silent going up and down. Jeremy explained everything very clearly and completed the job in very little time. He was very professional, personable and very easy to do business with. I will definitely call this company for any further service and hopefully Jeremy will be the person to take care of us.

I have used Precision a number of times to repair damage and wear and tear to my garage door. The technicians are always very friendly and professional, and the repairs are done thoroughly. It is a pleasure to see how smoothly my garage door works when they are done. The company gives you several options for the extent of repairs that you need, and they don't pressure you into the most expensive option. I'm not sure about the cost relative to other companies, but the prices that I have paid have always seemed reasonable for the work that they did. I highly recommend this company for garage door repairs.

Two new garage doors were installed on Dec 8 by Jay Garcia. Everything was working great when he left. Some how over the weekend one door could not open or close from my car. The office set up Kris to reprogram my car.. the job before me took longer than expected. Kris call several times to keep me informed. Upon arrival he checked the complete system before starting to program my car. After programming my car everything work great again. By calling to keep me informed on his time table really made me feel good. Great service and great tech's.

He then wrote up an estimate which give me the "Good" "Better" and "Best" option for me along with advice which was very professional. I appreciate the fact that he explained on each what I could do to best correct my problem and showed me things I didn't or wouldn't have ever thought of so once I get another estimate I feel very confident that I will be calling you back to do my repairs.
