I have used Precision a number of times to repair damage and wear and tear to my garage door. The technicians are always very friendly and professional, and the repairs are done thoroughly. It is a pleasure to see how smoothly my garage door works when they are done. The company gives you several options for the extent of repairs that you need, and they don't pressure you into the most expensive option. I'm not sure about the cost relative to other companies, but the prices that I have paid have always seemed reasonable for the work that they did. I highly recommend this company for garage door repairs.

Two new garage doors were installed on Dec 8 by Jay Garcia. Everything was working great when he left. Some how over the weekend one door could not open or close from my car. The office set up Kris to reprogram my car.. the job before me took longer than expected. Kris call several times to keep me informed. Upon arrival he checked the complete system before starting to program my car. After programming my car everything work great again. By calling to keep me informed on his time table really made me feel good. Great service and great tech's.

I had a spring break and Jay Garcia came out as requested which was late afternoon and thoroughly looked over my situation. He then wrote up an estimate which give me the "Good" "Better" and "Best" option for me along with advice which was very professional. I appreciate the fact that he explained on each what I could do to best correct my problem and showed me things I didn't or wouldn't have ever thought of so once I get another estimate I feel very confident that I will be calling you back to do my repairs. Very pleased with Mr. Garcia's time and effort and professional interaction.

I would tell others to NEVER use Precision Door Service! I learned a hard lesson by using your services the first time in October. I should have gotten a second opinion, but I was sick with bronchitis and just wanted the door problem fixed. I now understand that your technicians work at least partly on a commission basis. Thank goodness, I didn't choose the other two options that were offered to me for repairs. After getting a second opinion, it appears that the main problem was with the garage door motor, NOT the door, so I basically spent, unnecessarily, almost $700. I was "at your mercy," just as it is when women bring our cars in for repairs. So, all that to say, I am VERY displeased with the work that was done in October by Jeremy Wright. I think he did unnecessary repairs, rather than looking more closely at the motor and simply replacing it. I will suggest to anyone that they NEVER use Precision Doors. What a rip off!!!!!!! Thanks for nothing.

KRIS WAS VERY NICE AND HE KNEW WHAT HIS WAS DOING. TOOK HIM NO TIME TO INSPECT THE DOOR AND LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GET IT WORKING ONCE AGAIN. HE GAVE A COUPLE OF OPTIONS ON THE REPAIR. Jeremy understood my "call in"and explained to me the problem and how to fix the repair - mismatch spring from an earlier spring replacement in June. He also found other problems, cracked clips, and a concern with my original 15 year old opener. After his explanation, which I thought logical, made sense and truthful, I replaced the clips and opener. Although, this was an expense, which I hadn't planned, I feel it will prevent a future breakdown. Jeremy is highly skilled, trained, confident and an effective salesman.
