David Bell did an excellent job replacing my old garage door opener. He thoroughly explained the issues with the old opener and the benefits of the new opener. During the installation he also provided tips for inspection and maintenance of the new opener. The installation took less time than I anticipated. He also provided a demonstration of the keypad and the controls on the opener. When he completed the install he also made sure to clean the area. We are very pleased with the installation and operation of the new opener.

Sorry, I don't remember the technician's name that came out, but he was very courteous, transparent and knowledgable. There was debris coming in contact with the sensor and told me there was no problem with the door other than the debris. Jacob Austin came out to help us when we were having issues with our garage door openers. Figured out it was the logic board and explained my options of getting it fixed. I'm taking the extra time today to show my gratitude to a great technician! Jeremy Wright arrived on time with a friendly, helpful attitude -- on a Sunday. He explained everything I wanted to know; how it works, what might have happened, how he would fix it; what was under warranty and for how long. He finished by helping to reprogram both remotes, outdoor opener, automobile, and replace a light bulb for me. He made me aware of possible problems in the future and encouraged me to call him if I have another problem to see if we might resolve it on the phone. Just think he's a super technician!

My wife and I could not be more pleased with our entire experience with the technician (Dave Sinner) Precision sent to repair our garage door. The door failed on Friday morning (one cable came off the pulley, door became grossly out of alignment, tilted, bent rails.) Myself and five neighbors tried to fix the door Friday night. Ha! I praise my neighbors for trying to help, but we succeeded in making it worse. I called one repair service and they scheduled a tech for Saturday. The tech they sent was nice, but he said it was a two man job for them and no other tech was available at that time so he said we could wait until Monday or call a different company. We didn't want to wait that long so the tech recommended we call Precision Garage Door. I called Precision and the representative checked and told us they could work us in today and their technician could be there between 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. I was skeptical at first because it was already 1:30 P.M. Dave called in less than 30 minutes and was at our house less than 30 minutes later. Dave looked at our mess, made suggestions and went over all of our options, in detail with pricing on his tablet. We choose one of the options to have the work done right then while he was on site. Dave was very personable, funny, and went right to work. He didn't need another technician to help him. What a professional. It was immediately obvious that Dave knew what he was doing. One of my neighbors came over to watch, and before we knew it Dave had the door leveled, lowered, and was replacing parts. We had elected to have all new rollers, pulleys, cables, and springs replaced. My wife, my neighbor, and myself were so amazed at how fast Dave did the work. He is a true professional. Our garage door is like brand new. It operates so smoothly and quiet now. If you need garage door work call Precision Garage Door. You won't be sorry.
