The technician arrived when he said he would, he was knowledgeable, and he provided me a variety of options from fixing my immediate problem to doing additional preventive maintenance. He was not at all pushy or trying to aggressively sell me more than I needed. He gave me the options, costs, and his recommendation. He took the time to explain how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was as promised. I stapled David's card to the wall next to my garage door opener control and will definitely call him again if I have another problem. Hopefully that is many years from now.

Precision Garage Door was the only one of three companies who sent a technician out to inspect and provide a quote for replacing my garage door. The three technicians I worked with were all professional and did a thorough job with the initial inspection and replacing the door. Dave and Jay were courteous and professional as the performed their jobs. James even rushed over to install the window inserts that were inadvertently left in the warehouse.
