Called on a holiday, we were Able to schedule same Day repair. Bryan Mediana showed up before schedule, which was a big plus since we were unable to close garage door. Very professional and efficient. He had door back on tracks in no time. He explain everything he was doing and adjusted everything until we were fully satisfied. This is the best service i have ever received. It was 3:00pm the Sunday before Labor Day that I called. The service tech Dave said he's be there between 4 and 6. He arrived at 3:45. He replaced both springs in about an hour. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage door!!!

Offered suggestions and performed a thorough inspection, roller replacement, lubed all moving parts, replaced worm gear trolley on garage opener drive, replaced both plate bearings and re set spring torsion and verified proper weight and balance. Did all this within 2 hours. Reasonably priced. Trustworthy and a Insured bonded “BBB” rated company that I was fortunate to find while googling companies . I went by the reviews and glad I did! I went with precision garage doors after I called about 6-7 other places. They had the best price. They said it would be 2-3 hrs before they could come by, they were here 30 minutes later. Charles Mincey was the technician, he did a very good job, I do recommend him. Over all 5 stars

Thank you Precision for providing true customer care service from the time I called and you provided a same day appointment and to Technician Charles who arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me several options to properly repair my garage door. I chose the option that best suited my needs and budget. Friendly and courteous service! During the repair it was noted that several bearings were still in good shape and did not need replacement, instead of up-selling Charles took those bearings off the final bill. After the job was done, Charles took the time to explain everything properly and cleaned up my garage. Thank you for outstanding service!
