Sorry, I don't remember the technician's name that came out, but he was very courteous, transparent and knowledgable. There was debris coming in contact with the sensor and told me there was no problem with the door other than the debris. He serviced the door and cleared all debris on and around the door and made certain the door was fully functional. Very good service and I appreciate honest business! A Bryson

Jacob Austin came out to help us when we were having issues with our garage door openers. Figured out it was the logic board and explained my options of getting it fixed. Installed new Liftmaster and helped program all my remotes and explained the app on my phone. He was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Precision Door Service installed 2 new garage doors in the past year. The installation was very easy and the crews were very professional. This past weekend the opener on the garage wall would not work. I called and a technician came out in just a few hours. Again , very professional and it turned out to be a simple connection problem in the wires. Best company to work with. Highly recommend!

I had received a ne garage door opener from a different company. When it began to malfunction two days later and they wanted to sell additional services for a price to make it work, I decided to call someone else. I contacted Precision and Jacob evaluated the situation, gave me three reasonable options, I selected the on that best fit at the time, which was also the least expensive. He provided the service with professionalism and made sure the door worked properly before he left. Fast, professional, knowledgeable, quality service. I now have the BEST garage door company on my call and recommended list.

Definitely will tell others. Urbano was a perfect gentleman during the entire process of installing our new overhead garage door. He was very skilled at the installation process and explained all of the superior qualities of the door, rollers, double spring and the new roller tracks. We are extremely pleased with our new door. We enter our home thru the garage about 90% of the time and the smooth and quiet operation of the the door is a constant reminder of the great decision we made in the selection of Precision Overhead Door Service to supply and install our new overhead door.
