Bryan Medina was the technician that came to my mother-in-law's house. He showed up promptly and was very professional. He quickly accessed the issue and gave a solution. I was referred to Precision on the website of a closed company named “Valor” door. I was truly upset at there closing, as the representatives there, were genuinely “great” individuals, (with the best customer service I’ve ever encountered) corrected the “mess”another company created during instillation. The individual your call center sent ( without my knowledge)was the previous owner of Valor door- Curtis. If I didn’t believe in miracles, I do now! With Curtis, you have the “absolute”best employee in the universe. As long as he is there, I will always be a loyal customer with referrals. Please share this comment & tell him from the Floridians, now in Spring

My 6 year old Genie shouldn't have been a problem, but it started tripping my garage circuit breaker randomly. I called Precision about replacements. They sent Bryan out with his mask to show me the units. He was great to work with, and we had a new unit selected and installed very quickly. That was very enjoyable. It wasn't fun having an unreliable opener. Thanks, Precision. I'm happy to recommend your company to other people.

Wow, I didn't know this kind of service even existed any more! Our opener stopped working on Saturday so I started researching repair options on Sunday. I noticed that you guys advertise answering the phones 24/7. So I called on Sunday afternoon hoping to do nothing more than schedule a service call sometime during the following week. What a pleasant surprise that within 3 hours a technician arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me the information to have a new motor sent by the manufacturer under warranty and instructions to let you know when I receive it to schedule the replacement. Amazing! This is how you make customers for life!

I called Precision Garage Doors to fox the spring on my garage door. I ended up paying a $50.94 service fee for them to tell me that it would cost me $612.00 just for the spring. Not! I could purchase a new garage door for that price. Totally ridiculous!!!! Won’t be calling them again!

This company was excellent. My garage door of all days broke on Halloween night; good thing because I think the neighbors thought it was part of the Halloween decorations. I didn't expect a company to come out at the last minute because it was late. Good service and very professional. Great Job!!

My issue was that my outdoor/remote keypad was no longer opening the garage door. I asked Precision's On-line chat to help diagnose the problem, but they are not technical and only offered to send a technician. When the technician came, he immediately started looking for a replacement keypad. I asked the tech if he was going to trouble shoot the issue before replacing the entire keypad. After checking, the 9V battery was dead and was the cause of the issue. I gave him a new 9V battery and the keypad worked fine. For something like this, I would expect a little bit of trouble shooting guidance over the phone versus having to have a tech come out and charge $75 to replace a battery. I was happy when Precision installed the opener and upgraded the garage door springs, rollers, etc. a few years back, but I was not happy with this service call.
