Wow, I didn't know this kind of service even existed any more! Our opener stopped working on Saturday so I started researching repair options on Sunday. I noticed that you guys advertise answering the phones 24/7. So I called on Sunday afternoon hoping to do nothing more than schedule a service call sometime during the following week. What a pleasant surprise that within 3 hours a technician arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me the information to have a new motor sent by the manufacturer under warranty and instructions to let you know when I receive it to schedule the replacement. Amazing! This is how you make customers for life!

Called Precision Doors and they were able to come out the same day. Gene inspected the door / opener and professionally reviewed issues and necessary repairs without trying to up sell me. I called Precision Garage Doors to fox the spring on my garage door. I ended up paying a $50.94 service fee for them to tell me that it would cost me $612.00 just for the spring. Not! I could purchase a new garage door for that price. Totally ridiculous!!!! Won’t be calling them again!

This company was excellent. My garage door of all days broke on Halloween night; good thing because I think the neighbors thought it was part of the Halloween decorations. I didn't expect a company to come out at the last minute because it was late. Good service and very professional. Great Job!!

My issue was that my outdoor/remote keypad was no longer opening the garage door. I asked Precision's On-line chat to help diagnose the problem, but they are not technical and only offered to send a technician. When the technician came, he immediately started looking for a replacement keypad. I asked the tech if he was going to trouble shoot the issue before replacing the entire keypad. After checking, the 9V battery was dead and was the cause of the issue. I gave him a new 9V battery and the keypad worked fine. For something like this, I would expect a little bit of trouble shooting guidance over the phone versus having to have a tech come out and charge $75 to replace a battery. I was happy when Precision installed the opener and upgraded the garage door springs, rollers, etc. a few years back, but I was not happy with this service call.
