Arrived promptly at the appointed time and began a 25 point inspection of the door, After reviewing damage gave me a choice of 3 estimates for service and recommended the proper repairs. Work was done quick;y and c;leaned up area pf all discarded materials. We operated the door several times verifying the proper working of the door which works better than ever and should give me many years of service. The technician always kept me in the loop as to any additional needs once finished thanked me for inviting Precision Door to be my service company. I am completely satisfied and very happy to have my door back in order.

We had a broken spring on our garage door on a Sunday morning. I was surprised that Precision Door was able to send a technician within a few hours of calling. David was very professional. He called ahead to let us know of a slight delay, and called again before he arrived. He replaced the spring, and gave us the option of replacing our 19 year old rollers and bearings. All work was done fairly quickly and well - the door is so quiet now!
