Precision Door repaired my gate opener. The repair service took longer than expected. Technician was not able to complete in a timely manner for reasons unknown. Once completed the gate opener worked correctly. Additionally, when I scheduled the appointment, I was told that there was not a service charge. However, I was charged a service charge. Totally disatisfied with extra charge. Precision Door misinformed me and misrepresented me about charges. I called, spoke with a representative, but no response from the company. I wanted to know why I was told no service charge but yet I was charged an additional fee.

Rick May kept me up to date on his arrival time, when he showed up, explained I didn't some things I thought I did, and was able to do the job right then which was great. He installed two overhead springs to replace the one 30y old spring that broke, put new rollers, and balanced everything. Extremely polite and informative on why the original spring broke. Would recommend the service to friends without hesitation. The only caveat and its not related to Rick's service, was paying for a trip charge, if I hadn't purchased the service and parts and only wanted a quote I can see it being justified. The other is the 2% convenience charge to use a credit card, who uses checks or cash these days?

Jose Valdez did a great job installing our garage door motor, opener and keypad. Our old opener was stuck and would not go all the way down. Now the door moves smoothly and quietly and closes all the way. Jose was courteous and professional, explained why/what he was doing, and how we should maintain the door in the future. repair job broke withi three days, check with your service reps. Call placed about one hour ago an ask for a message to be sent to you as an owner of this company. As I stated in and early comment I paid 1,365.00 for a shoddy job, that this eerpresentative said I had to pa 49.95 to get help with a warrenty job that broke in 3 days.I expect you to call me immediately to solve his problem today; 2814814184

Charles Mincey is flat out awesome and a great asset to the company. He went above and beyond to fix a very difficult garage door that had two very unique springs. He worked late the first day and then came back out first thing in the morning to finish the job once he picked up the two springs. Could not have asked for better service or even a better person to fix our garage.

James was phenomenal. And I would give him a 10 in every area. The call center you use misquoted my installation by telling my the install was $390. When I heard that I jumped o the deal. James was shocked when I told him what the quote was and very apologetic. He explained everything to me after that part in detail even as to why we need to replace most of the original equipment in a 3 year old home. Over All in pleased and the new auto door works nicely.
