I'm taking the extra time today to show my gratitude to a great technician! Jeremy Wright arrived on time with a friendly, helpful attitude -- on a Sunday. He explained everything I wanted to know; how it works, what might have happened, how he would fix it; what was under warranty and for how long. He finished by helping to reprogram both remotes, outdoor opener, automobile, and replace a light bulb for me. He made me aware of possible problems in the future and encouraged me to call him if I have another problem to see if we might resolve it on the phone. Just think he's a super technician!

Dave was fantastic. He telephoned 30 minutes before arrival. He was on time and professional. He explained the problem and gave options on how to fix without trying to up-sale. He finished in a timely manner and worked on the task at hand, I would highly recommend your company to friends. What I liked most was his experience and maturity. I do feel I was overcharged for all the services I received when I checked other quotes after the fact would have charged me half the price.
