The three technicians I worked with were all professional and did a thorough job with the initial inspection and replacing the door. He explained everything I wanted to know; how it works, what might have happened, how he would fix it; what was under warranty and for how long. He finished by helping to reprogram both remotes, outdoor opener, automobile, and replace a light bulb for me. He made me aware of possible problems in the future and encouraged me to call him if I have another problem to see if we might resolve it on the phone. Just think he's a super technician!
