Our overhead garage door came off its track and my car was inside so I would be unable to open the door. My husband is confined to a wheel chair and I would be unable to drive him should a medical problem developed. Which had occurred the day before. We learned of your business as our son has an office in the same business complex . it was almost 5.pm on a Friday and your staff were still there. I was amazed you were able to schedule a repair appointment and have a technician for later that evening. The Technician arrived as scheduled at just after 10.pm . He was extremely courteous,professional and knowable. He was able to make a complete repair and checked the second door to ensure all was well. Thank you for your service and we will continue to call upon you in the future for service Thank you .

My experience with Precision Doors was excellent. The Type of service that everyone should desire. My Service Technician, Joshua Kesler was very professional. He evaluated my problem, gave me my options, and allowed me to make an informed decision which was best for me. I've added Precision Doors to my phone listing. Last time, we had another repair service do the fix, and we weren't impressed, and the door did the same thing today. This time, we looked for another company and saw Precision. I originally chose Precision because they are veteran owned. The service from Bryan and Hunter was exceptional. They were awesome! They had the old unit out and the new unit up & running in about an hour....and they even programmed the opener to my car! I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Called at 3:45pm on Saturday. They were out within 3 hours and replaced the broken springs. James Craft did a great job! Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend these folks. They really got me out of a bind.

Bryan Medina came out for an assessment of our double garage door. It's old and has been repaired a couple of times. It was determined that it needed to be replaced. Within a couple of days Jonas came out to install a new garage door. He and Bryan are very professional and were helpful in explaining the process. The technician arrived when he said he would, he was knowledgeable, and he provided me a variety of options from fixing my immediate problem to doing additional preventive maintenance. He was not at all pushy or trying to aggressively sell me more than I needed. He gave me the options, costs, and his recommendation. He took the time to explain how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was as promised. I stapled David's card to the wall next to my garage door opener control and will definitely call him again if I have another problem. Hopefully that is many years from now.
