I originally chose Precision because they are veteran owned. The service from Bryan and Hunter was exceptional. They were awesome! They had the old unit out and the new unit up & running in about an hour....and they even programmed the opener to my car! I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Called at 3:45pm on Saturday. They were out within 3 hours and replaced the broken springs. James Craft did a great job! Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend these folks. They really got me out of a bind.

Bryan Medina came out for an assessment of our double garage door. It's old and has been repaired a couple of times. It was determined that it needed to be replaced. Within a couple of days Jonas came out to install a new garage door. He and Bryan are very professional and were helpful in explaining the process. The technician arrived when he said he would, he was knowledgeable, and he provided me a variety of options from fixing my immediate problem to doing additional preventive maintenance. He was not at all pushy or trying to aggressively sell me more than I needed. He gave me the options, costs, and his recommendation. He took the time to explain how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was as promised. I stapled David's card to the wall next to my garage door opener control and will definitely call him again if I have another problem. Hopefully that is many years from now.

Precision Garage Door was the only one of three companies who sent a technician out to inspect and provide a quote for replacing my garage door. The three technicians I worked with were all professional and did a thorough job with the initial inspection and replacing the door. Dave and Jay were courteous and professional as the performed their jobs. James even rushed over to install the window inserts that were inadvertently left in the warehouse. Pricing was competitive and the job was well done. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to my neighbors.

My garage door came out of its tracks...the second time this happened in six months. Last time, we had another repair service do the fix, and we weren't impressed, and the door did the same thing today. This time, we looked for another company and saw Precision. Great service: the door is now quieter than ever and works great. We are very happy with the service.
