I called about 8:40mthis AM and the gal on the line directed my request for service to their emergency dept and one of the techs, Mark, called me within 10minutes an told me they would be out in approximately 20-25 minutes as soon as they finished loading up their truck, as they were. They assessed my problem for repair and they told me exactly what needed done . Their professional and work ethics were beyond great, and had the work completed within an hour and twenty minutes. Besides the work needed, they also did a 25 point inspection and alerted me to anything that may be needed in the future. Mark brought an in-training tech along with him, and I'd say he had the same professionalism as Mark and courtesy, also. They both knew what they were doing!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good company for garage door repairs or purchase.

David scheduled an appointment with me and came within the time frame discussed. David was very knowledgeable with all equipment, materials, warranties and specifications. I knew what I was looking for and he was able to show me some areas I actually did not realize would add to the look I was wanting. He was able to answer every question asked and then some. I was able to get my price and most of all David was extremely professional the entire meeting. It was a pleasure meeting with him!

He was very patient and answered all the questions we asked. However, at this time we are considering another company which can give us a better price (approximately $300 less) for essentially the same service. Mr. Sinner was very professional. He made me aware of the different price openers available but did not try to pressure me into choosing any certain one. he installed the opener and cleaned up all debris that resulted in the installation. Before he left, he explained how to operate both the wall openers and the car opener. I felt comfortable in operating the new garage opener after he left.
