Waste of time. The tech came out to tell us the spring was broken and they couldn't fix it. I had already explained the spring was broken when I made the appointment. The woman who took the appointment indicated the technicians had parts and tools with them so they could perform repairs on the spot. The tech basically walked in, said spring is broken, can't fix it, call someone else, give me my $50 now. Total waste of time and money.

This is the best service I have ever received. My appointment was scheduled from 8 to 10 PM, The service tech Dave call about 6:00 pm said he was early and waiting for me at my house. He actually arrived at 5:45. He replaced both springs, rollers, and re-adjusted our door in about an hour. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Dave & Precision Garage door!!!

This is the best service i have ever received. It was 3:00pm the Sunday before Labor Day that I called. The service tech Dave said he's be there between 4 and 6. He arrived at 3:45. He replaced both springs in about an hour. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage door!!!

Very happy with the service. Got me in same day. Dave Sinner did a great job, called ahead, gave me the quote and recommended the best springs and rollers for my door. Very large metal door was making a lot of noise and had broken spring. I wanted the upgraded quality springs and rollers that Dave showed me. Installation went very quick and he perfectly tuned the door to the springs. His expertise showed with his efficiency and his knowledge was evident. Very happy with the installation. If I need anything, I will be calling Precision. Thanks very much

I had a 13 yr old Liftmaster 2280. The drive belt had became stripped, so I requested service. Wadi came out and insisted that he had to change both the belt and the rail assembly, claiming it was about the same price. He was going to charge me $100, but later, when I searched the net, I found that the belt alone normally costs about $60 retail. After installing the new belt and rail assembly, he was having a lot of trouble setting the travel extents for the door. After taking a long time doing various adjustments, the motor started to make strange noises and then shortly thereafter seized. Despite the web site's claim that their trucks are always fully stocked, the tech only had two replacement options, both Liftmasters the least expensive of which was $549. I wasn't in a position to take off time from work for yet another service call, so I elected to go with the Liftmaster. Wadi didn't charge me for the installation or the PM he did, but still, what should have been an easy, affordable fix cost me almost $600. If I have problems after the warranty period expires, I will probably look for a different company.

This is the second time this technician has done work at our house. He is very friendly, polite, and professional. The work on both occasions was done correctly the first time. And the cleanup was wonderful. He also called and arrived right on schedule. We would not use any other garage door company after our experience with Precision.

Very disappointed. Your ad says you repair Genie. He said you did not. He charged us 79.95 and did not fix the door. We are visiting from out of town so we called our own trustworthy and reliable garage guy. He says the serviceman should have know. It was a gear box. This guy only wanted to sell us a new one. We are calling a second company and learning our lesson. We will make sure not to recommend this company.

Let me start by saying " Can I give them 10 stars because that is what the professional service is worth. I called for service, and within an hour I had 2 techs at my door John G. and Chris. John was spot on with everything I needed. He gave me options for my repair, and told me how everything works together. So decision made to replace the spring on my door. And while he was here I asked if he could look at my remotes and get them programmed, no problem without hesitation he said will look at them for you. Within an hour broke garage door fixed. They are a great team I would recommend Precision Overhead Door service to everybody I know. Thank you so Much for a job well done.

It all started with a storm and power outage. Opened our garage door manually and in the end, one of the cables snapped. I called and spoke with Amber (very polite!!!). I was told Ryan would be at our house between 8pm-10pm. He showed up about 20 minutes after I hung up with Amber, right after 8pm! He was very professional, polite and explained what happened to our door. In the end, we decided to just get a new door. He set the door back on track for us that night and took my order for a new door. Next morning, I get a call around 8am (I'm so sorry I forget your name!) and in the end, we were put on the schedule for that very day! Jonas came and tore down our old door and installed the new one. Job well done. It's amazing how as we get older, all these new home improvements and appliances make you feel all giddy like a kid in a candy store. I LOVE my new door! It's sooooo quiet. Thank you, team, for all your work. Everyone we interacted with were polite and professional!
