We had a broken spring on our garage door on a Sunday morning. I was surprised that Precision Door was able to send a technician within a few hours of calling. David was very professional. He called ahead to let us know of a slight delay, and called again before he arrived. He replaced the spring, and gave us the option of replacing our 19 year old rollers and bearings. All work was done fairly quickly and well - the door is so quiet now!

I don't know which of the doors above....But I am getting new door & motor-8355LM opener. It was a bite of an emergency as I wasn't able to get my car out. Mr Sinner came within about 2 to 3 hours of my call. Offered some choices to proceed . He was kind enough to get the door open to get my car out. BIG HELP!!!
