Both Jay and David were very professional in the installation. The installation was very fast but done perfect. I couldn't believe the difference in how quiet the door is with the upgraded Teflon rollers. I am very pleased with the door and service I received. Jeremy and the other Tech (?name?) Were both very professional, very hard working, very knowledgeable, courteous, and overall did a superb job - I would rate as a 9 out of 10. the only issues I have : 1. Had to have a call back as one of the garage doors did not work the following day -- "Dave" was the call back tech -- I was not here at the time - my wife was here - and she was not impressed with his "condescending" nature with her -- apparently one of the wires for the garage sensors came loose and the sensors had to be realigned 2. Programming our 3 cars for the openers was a real challenge for Jeremy and the other tech -- only one of our cars was able to be programmed -- and I was left with the instructions that "...I need to call LiftMaster 800-528-5880.... and tell them make/model/year of our two cars and they would send repeaters..."... OK -- I guess I need to do that -- but it seems to me that after spending almost $2,800 that your techs would followup on this and get the entire job completed.... Lloyd lkeverson@comcast.net

The technician arrived promptly and started to work. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient and fixed the door so it would open and close again. My only concern is something I did not notice while he was here. Where the opener meets the door hardware, instead of replacing the strut he drilled two additional holes in it. It may be fine, but it just doesnt look very good.
