That, if you are on a fixed income, as we are, you will feel pressured to spend more than you can afford. After receiving 3 bids and telling him what I could and couldn't afford, he continued to badger and push for me to spend hundreds of dollars I could not afford to spend. I understood that he was expressing possible safety concerns but, when I say I cannot do it , that should be enough.

Arrived promptly at the appointed time and began a 25 point inspection of the door, After reviewing damage gave me a choice of 3 estimates for service and recommended the proper repairs. Work was done quick;y and c;leaned up area pf all discarded materials. We operated the door several times verifying the proper working of the door which works better than ever and should give me many years of service. The technician always kept me in the loop as to any additional needs once finished thanked me for inviting Precision Door to be my service company. I am completely satisfied and very happy to have my door back in order.

We had a broken spring on our garage door on a Sunday morning. I was surprised that Precision Door was able to send a technician within a few hours of calling. David was very professional. He called ahead to let us know of a slight delay, and called again before he arrived. He replaced the spring, and gave us the option of replacing our 19 year old rollers and bearings. All work was done fairly quickly and well - the door is so quiet now!

I don't know which of the doors above....But I am getting new door & motor-8355LM opener. It was a bite of an emergency as I wasn't able to get my car out. Mr Sinner came within about 2 to 3 hours of my call. Offered some choices to proceed . He was kind enough to get the door open to get my car out. BIG HELP!!! They will be back on Thursday to install., but Mr. Sinner was very helpful, very considerate. My experience so far is very positive. Thank You! Paula Burtch

Individual was very courteous and did a excellent job of explain what had to be done. Door works great now and is much quieter than before. I would definitely use Precision door again and I would ask for John Gallerano if he was available.
