Quick, same day service and good quality install. Friendly and polite tech. Paid an extraordinary price on parts though. Probably will shop around next time.

This company was excellent. My garage door of all days broke on Halloween night; good thing because I think the neighbors thought it was part of the Halloween decorations. I didn't expect a company to come out at the last minute because it was late. Good service and very professional. Great Job!!

My issue was that my outdoor/remote keypad was no longer opening the garage door. I asked Precision's On-line chat to help diagnose the problem, but they are not technical and only offered to send a technician. When the technician came, he immediately started looking for a replacement keypad. I asked the tech if he was going to trouble shoot the issue before replacing the entire keypad. After checking, the 9V battery was dead and was the cause of the issue. I gave him a new 9V battery and the keypad worked fine. For something like this, I would expect a little bit of trouble shooting guidance over the phone versus having to have a tech come out and charge $75 to replace a battery. I was happy when Precision installed the opener and upgraded the garage door springs, rollers, etc. a few years back, but I was not happy with this service call.

Last night while watching TV, I heard a loud pop. At first I thought it was on the show I was watching but nope, the overhead spring snapped. This morning I called Precision Garage Door mainly because their add said they could be here today. I had my doubts, but sure enough they said they could do the job that day between 10 and 12. The repair professionals. I say professionals because that is exactly what they were, professional and courteous. Got the door repaired in just over an hour and at a very reasonable price. Do your self a favor and use this company.

Sorry, I don't remember the technician's name that came out, but he was very courteous, transparent and knowledgable. There was debris coming in contact with the sensor and told me there was no problem with the door other than the debris. He serviced the door and cleared all debris on and around the door and made certain the door was fully functional. Very good service and I appreciate honest business! A Bryson

Jacob Austin came out to help us when we were having issues with our garage door openers. Figured out it was the logic board and explained my options of getting it fixed. Installed new Liftmaster and helped program all my remotes and explained the app on my phone. He was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.
