Wow, I didn't know this kind of service even existed any more! Our opener stopped working on Saturday so I started researching repair options on Sunday. I noticed that you guys advertise answering the phones 24/7. So I called on Sunday afternoon hoping to do nothing more than schedule a service call sometime during the following week. What a pleasant surprise that within 3 hours a technician arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me the information to have a new motor sent by the manufacturer under warranty and instructions to let you know when I receive it to schedule the replacement. I called Precision Garage Doors to fox the spring on my garage door. I ended up paying a $50.94 service fee for them to tell me that it would cost me $612.00 just for the spring. Not! I could purchase a new garage door for that price. Totally ridiculous!!!! Won’t be calling them again!
