Fantastic service! I could not open the garage doors and my cars were trapped inside the garage. In less than 5 hours from my phone call, it had been repaired with new springs and ran smoother than before. The installer, Nur Watts, is a great representative of the company. Professional, fast, friendly and efficient, as was the person who handled the phone call. It is certainly refreshing in this day and age to do business with such a first class experience from start to finish!

There is not a choice for 6 or more. Nur is fantastic Doug, but you know that…. He is not only personable but also very knowledgeable and committed to his craft-customer service. Regrettably I had to cancel the transaction (within the 3 days) as I did not realize until the next day that I needed to get Homeowners prior approval- so we cancelled the appointment and Nur assisted me in getting my refund. I received a revised invoice showing credit (I guess it takes time to process although the sale posted right away). I might suggest 1 or 2 things Doug… 1. Ask prospective clients if they need HOA approval prior to installation. 2. Provide email contact info for Billing, Delivery, Sales. All I had was Nur’s email and he was as diligent there as he was selling the product. If all your reps are like him- you know you will continue to grow and prosper. Ordered garage door and opener in late Aug. Didn't arrive until mid Jan. due to production issues (not Precision Door's fault). Reason for 4 stars versus 5 stars: Morning of installation received a call saying the opener wasn't in stock, and did we want to wait for installation until it was available. They were very apologetic, but still inconvenient for us. We decided to go ahead and have garage door installed, then have opener installed when available. Michelle Campos and Jay Garcia did an excellent job with the garage door installation. Only issue is that the weather stripping at the bottom on our old door was apparently much thicker than on the new door, and now there is about a 1/2" gap where the concrete is uneven. Need to see if a thicker weather strip can be installed to cover the gap. The opener arrived the next day and Jay Garcia came back for that installation. He again did an excellent job and even programmed my old hand held remotes, the car remote and the keypad. Both Michelle and Jay were courteous, professional, efficient and extremely helpful. They did a wonderful job and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them. Am waiting to hear whether thicker weather stripping is available.

I was truly upset at there closing, as the representatives there, were genuinely “great” individuals, (with the best customer service I’ve ever encountered) corrected the “mess”another company created during instillation. Called your company Friday 7/9/21 They sent someone that afternoon to look at the repairs. Repairmen did not have anything to fix the door with. He gave us an invoice and said he would be back with the parts Saturday between 8:00am to 10:00am. Repairman called Saturday morning said he could not make it Saturday but would definitely be there Sunday morning at the same time. Called again said he was tied up in Sugerland and could not make it again but would be there Monday morning at the same time. Monday the 12th, repairman was a complete no show. Tried to call him with no answer. He never showed or called. We called another company. Poor service and a very high invoice.
