While he was extremely nice and the installation went fairly quickly, this was the second time around. The doors that were installed the first time were not the right product. This time he has the right product but when it came time to install the trim he was unable to complete the task. Apparently the technicians do not have nail guns and since my trim is hardy plank he had no way to attach the garage door vinyl trim. There is a fairly large gap at the edged of the door that Jay explained was because of the sheetrock and there was not much he could do about it? It seems pointless now to have insulated doors when there is such a large gap.

James and Julian did an excellent job. James clearly explained all options in dealing with a dead motor, old belts, very old bearings. I elected to do the "Best" repair. They completed it in the time they indicated in a hot garage (over 90 degrees) facing west in late afternoon. They were friendly and courteous throughout. I would definitely recommend your company based on their efforts. Thanks!

Very professional and very timely. I was actually surprised when the job was completed so quickly. This was my first time having a garage repaired, but Jeremy and David made the process very simple. Jeremy explained to me how the damage had occurred and what changes he was going to make to prevent it in the future. When the job was completed, he explained additional preventative maintenance that I can do. I was very pleased with the service.

service was good & timely. However, when the tech got to my house he looked over the repairs needed to make my door/opener operational & then quoted me a price of $354. He then completed the repairs/part replacement only to tell me afterwards that the "boom" on my opener was bent and that the opener would not work without being replaced. I then asked if I was already out the $350, because if I had known this from the begining I woudl have paid the $75 trip charge and not done ANY repairs. Quite frustrated that I was not told this prior to incurring additional charges above and beyond the $75....now I am out $354 (minus the $75) that i would have never spent if I had known from the begining. And he left his ladder in my garage

James called about two hours before our scheduled appointment to let us know he could come early if we were home. He was early for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to help us make an informed decision about what we needed. He explained everything that came with replacing the whole garage door and opener system. He also was able to put our garage door completely down until it is able to be replaced.

Jeremy and Kurt called before they came to let me know they were running a bit behind. Once they arrived they accessed the doors, gave us several repair/replacement options and were able to do the work at that time. Both techs seemed very knowledgeable about the products and the installation of several new parts to get our outdated door in excellent working order. They were both very patient in showing us the new system and how to work it.
