Bryan arrived in a timely manner. Checked the situation thoroughly, showed me his conclusions, and the price to repair. He was courteous, obviously competent and completed the job in a timely manner. We felt very helpless with both our cars in the garage and no way to get out. My wife is a paraplegic and we have a special van that she can be transported in with her wheelchair. We would certainly use your services again in the future.

Most professional company and helpful technicians I have dealt with. This is our second time using Precision Garage Doors, for different issues with our garage doors. Both service experiences went the extra mile to explain the problem we were having and what was done to correct the issue. On this visit, Jeremy tried to save us the trip cost by diagnosing the issue on the phone. However, our garage door controller was no longer working properly and needed to be replaced. The work was done very efficiently and now our garage door works far better than before. The door is amazingly quiet too. They know garage doors at Precision Garage Door.

Jeremy arrived early and got the problem fixed. The 2 springs were replaced 30 days ago but the door had begun to slam down on closing. Jeremy adjusted the springs and the lift & travel settings on the opener. Now the door is balanced & closes quietly. I'll have Jeremy back out in a few weeks to install the universal weather seal! Jeremy definitely knows his garage door stuff!

Our experience with Precision Garage Door of Houston, and Jeremy was exceptional. Five stars all around! Contacted Precision Garage Door via their website around Midnight on Saturday. I was not expecting a response until the work day on Monday. To my surprise I received a response via email from a live representative stating due to the late hour they did not want to contact me via phone but had availability the next morning and to respond via email or call them to setup an appointment. I called the next morning and chose from a number of time windows for a technician to come to our home. The technician called approximately an hour ahead of the scheduled window to confirm they would be there on time. Jeremy arrived on time and was very pleasant. He explained why our current door opener failed and advised us on what he could do to prevent another failure. We decided to replace everything that he recommended because we trusted him based on his presentation, reasoning, and that he would take 2-3 hours to make sure everything was functioning at 100% before he left. Jeremy completed his work diligently, and kept his work area clean. He explained the features of our new opener, and how to maintain our garage door hardware when he completed his work. He provided us with all the manuals, warranty cards, door openers, etc. and said to call him if we had any questions or needed him to help us with any issues with programming our cars to the new garage door opener.

He called when he was running a few minutes behind (but was well within the window that was scheduled). He arrived, assessed the problem, remedied the problem and offered suggestions for preventative maintenance. Jeremy was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely professional. I was extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish. I messed up the door about 7:00 AM and it was fixed before noon.
