Older, rusty springs had caused my garage door to get out of alignment. I was able to get a service appointment within 24 hours. Bryan arrived on time, identified the problem, explained what needed to be done, provided a quote, replaced the springs and bearings, and realigned the door in about an hour. I was 100% satisfied.

Tony did a great job. My garage door was makeng lots of noises when it opened and closed. Tony replaced the rollers and it quiter than it has ever been. Tony was very professional and personable. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door for any of my garage door needs.

Seth not only was on time, every time, but he also provided very reasonable prices and if I had a question he had no problem explaining exactly what was going on and he even showed me the issues he was describing. Precision Door repaired my gate opener. The repair service took longer than expected. Technician was not able to complete in a timely manner for reasons unknown. Once completed the gate opener worked correctly. Additionally, when I scheduled the appointment, I was told that there was not a service charge. However, I was charged a service charge. Totally disatisfied with extra charge. Precision Door misinformed me and misrepresented me about charges. I called, spoke with a representative, but no response from the company. I wanted to know why I was told no service charge but yet I was charged an additional fee.

Our garage door was off level and noisy. We called for a 'tune-up'. The technician was on time and performed the work quickly. In addition to the issues I wanted to correct, the technician pointed out several items that needed attention. I was also instructed on the proper lubrication technique. I was very satisfied with the work.

Rick May kept me up to date on his arrival time, when he showed up, explained I didn't some things I thought I did, and was able to do the job right then which was great. He installed two overhead springs to replace the one 30y old spring that broke, put new rollers, and balanced everything. Extremely polite and informative on why the original spring broke. Would recommend the service to friends without hesitation. The only caveat and its not related to Rick's service, was paying for a trip charge, if I hadn't purchased the service and parts and only wanted a quote I can see it being justified. The other is the 2% convenience charge to use a credit card, who uses checks or cash these days?

Jose Valdez did a great job installing our garage door motor, opener and keypad. Our old opener was stuck and would not go all the way down. Now the door moves smoothly and quietly and closes all the way. Jose was courteous and professional, explained why/what he was doing, and how we should maintain the door in the future.
