Very courteous, professional and well mannered. Explained what he diagnosed and what he was going to do to fix it. The spring repair was an add on to the remote repair that he came for. Even so he had the parts in the van and did the replacement without have to make a second trip. Quality service from a professional technician and a very personable person. James was phenomenal. And I would give him a 10 in every area. The call center you use misquoted my installation by telling my the install was $390. When I heard that I jumped o the deal. James was shocked when I told him what the quote was and very apologetic. He explained everything to me after that part in detail even as to why we need to replace most of the original equipment in a 3 year old home. Over All in pleased and the new auto door works nicely.

Prior to arrival, James Rose called to verify and clarify the problem. Thirty minutes before arrival, he called to give the exact time of arrival. After an inspection of the garage door openers, James in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner gave us several money- saving options that offered safe and secure garage entry for my family. We decided to replace both garage openers. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with James' professional and exemplary workmanship.
