My Garage door quit going up, after checking it out, I saw a spring was busted. I looked up garage door repair and saw their ad. I was convinced this was the right way to go. I wanted a reputable company to fix it. When the repair man was finished, wow, I couldn't believe me ears. I had two new springs put in and new wheels on my door, those nylon ones with the bearings? Nice!! two thumbs way up. Now my garage door works great and I have to watch it to see if its actually moving. Its so quiet, I can't tell if its even working anymore. Great job!!

The technician, Ryan, arrived at the time he told us. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the opener assembly. A 1/4 inch bolt had worked its way loose and had fallen out of the attachment assembly. He replaced the missing bolt and nut. He checked the rest of the components (rollers, springs, etc) to make sure all was in working order. He adjusted the up and down travel for a smoother operation. Great service from a great company. They have done all the work on our garage for at least the last 10 years.

We had a pleasant experience all around. Our garage door stopped working last night and we really needed it fixed before morning. I called and the girl who answered was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to send someone out to us within an hour. The tech called me 20min before his arrival and he was very timely.
