Brian was the service tech that came to replace a broken garage door spring, and recommended another fix that I did not find to be out of place. The spring has ben replaced once before, about 15 years ago, but nothing else had been done to the door hardware since I have lived in the house (31 years). The service was good. The only main issue I have is your service truck left oil stains on my driveway where he parked. No one want oil stains on the driveways from any repair man’s service vehicle. They need to always be parking on the street. This needs to be addressed with your technicians.
