James was the tech who fixed our garage door. We had a Wayne Dalton spring that broke, which required an expensive overhaul of the entire spring system. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions, and out of the 3 companies we reached out to, he was the guy we could trust to be skillful and honest. For the high value of the job and high quality materials, we got the best quote from Precision as well. I was initially hesitant because they did not have as many reviews as another company, but after talking to James, we knew he would do an excellent job. Our garage door is now quieter than ever with the new spring system! Thank you, James and Precision!

I am extremely happy with my overall experience! I had previously made a request to book an appointment with another party and they never responded. After researching online I found “Precision Service” and spoke to a representative who set up an appointment for the same day. Andrew showed up, provided a reasonable quote, and fixed my garage door problem within a couple of hours. He is knowledgeable in the field and is an overall friendly person. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs garage repair services in the future.

Precision garage door of Houston exceeded my expectations. My garage door repair was very simple and took seconds to remedy. Bryan Medina did not stop after the repair. He took it upon himself to replace a few parts that were worn, lubricate metal in several places and get my door functioning perfectly. He did all this with a great attitude and I was not charged.
