They responded by letting me know they could come today and... get this... they have a fully-loaded truck which makes them able to resolve your problem TODAY if you agree. Shane showed up earlier than I expected, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He, in fact, had done repairs on my garage with the previous owner and recalled the work he had done and what I should do as the new owner. The work was done professionally and it was such a joy. Shane even programmed my car to open the garage doors. I'm so glad I called them, I have a 7 year warranty on work done, so this was a no-brainer.
