Precision Door Services stands behind all of our work and will correct any deficiencies or failures caused by us without charge during the warranty period. This includes after hours emergency service if it is necessary. If, however, the problem was not caused by our work, we must charge you a $75 service charge, which will be applied to the cost of any work done. If non-warranty work is done after hours, there will be a $200 emergency service charge instead of the $75 charge. This charge will also be applied to the cost of any work done. first of all they came out on a Sunday and was here within 1 hour of my initial call the technician was professional and very friendly the technician evaluated the situation very quickly and had the problem solved within minutes I'm very satisfied

Very nice person, did a good job of diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Other problems came up but he worked on it and fixed all issues. He also taught me a lot about garage doors, openers, motors and springs. I also bought two Marantec garage door opener from him for my rental property and he answered all my questions about programing it. The fix for my garage door took longer than we thought but in the end he stayed and made sure I was 100% satisfied.
