He was not clear explaining product to be installed. The installation itself was OK, everything is working fine. He did not leave product documents, quote, what were included,instructions, brochure, etc., just the two remote controls. He was not as friendly as was Mr Jeremy Wright who installed another door opener about 2 yr ago in the same house. He charged me $89.95 for labor while Mr Jeremy charged only $39.95 (about the same work, except Mr Jeremy installed also a key pad). Why? I request that the documents be sent to my mailing address.

The repair of my garage door appeared to be satisfactory after the repair man left. It lasted until midmorning the next day when the whole thing cratered,,the door would not go up or down ,and again we were left with a car left in the garage that we can not use. I called your office to report to report the problem and your response was minimal at most. Supposedly you will send someone out today between 11 AM and one PM.Based on your past performance. I HAVE MY DOUBTS Wow, a repair bill of $ 578 and it lasted less than 24 hours and it seems to not concern your company.

Donald was courteous and patient and seemed knowledgeable. However, I want to mention the following: 1. He showed up to my house quickly but I was surprised when he got there. I told him I thought he would call first and he told me he tried twice. He had called my cell phone even though I told the lady who took my call to have the technician call my home number first. The confirmation e-mail has my home number on it. 2. I had asked him to show me where the rolling code button on the motor was so that I could program my car remote and he pointed to a small button on the back of the unit. But when I programmed my car, I discovered that this garage door opener does not have a rolling code. I am disappointed with that since I believe, from a security standpoint, the lack of a rolling code increases the possibility that someone can access our door. 3. After Donald left, I realized that the light was not working on the motor. I assume that it needs a bulb (I hope that is all that is needed), but I thought I was done with having to fool with the garage door for a while. Now I have to get the right bulb and get the ladder, etc. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to put in the bulb while he was there (perhaps using the bulb from my old motor).

James was phenomenal. And I would give him a 10 in every area. The call center you use misquoted my installation by telling my the install was $390. When I heard that I jumped o the deal. James was shocked when I told him what the quote was and very apologetic. He explained everything to me after that part in detail even as to why we need to replace most of the original equipment in a 3 year old home. Over All in pleased and the new auto door works nicely.

I called Precision to check out the garage door openers at my parents home (Jesse & Allene Wilson). David Pope called, said he would be our technician, and gave the time to expect him.
