Mr. Sinner was very professional. He made me aware of the different price openers available but did not try to pressure me into choosing any certain one. he installed the opener and cleaned up all debris that resulted in the installation. Before he left, he explained how to operate both the wall openers and the car opener. I felt comfortable in operating the new garage opener after he left.

I don't know which of the doors above....But I am getting new door & motor-8355LM opener. It was a bite of an emergency as I wasn't able to get my car out. Mr Sinner came within about 2 to 3 hours of my call. Offered some choices to proceed . He was kind enough to get the door open to get my car out. BIG HELP!!! They will be back on Thursday to install., but Mr. Sinner was very helpful, very considerate. My experience so far is very positive. Thank You! Paula Burtch

Very good. He tried to sell me the kitchen sink at a very high price. I would not recommend this company if there was another choice that could do the work. Very expensive!!!

He was not clear explaining product to be installed. The installation itself was OK, everything is working fine. He did not leave product documents, quote, what were included,instructions, brochure, etc., just the two remote controls. He was not as friendly as was Mr Jeremy Wright who installed another door opener about 2 yr ago in the same house. He charged me $89.95 for labor while Mr Jeremy charged only $39.95 (about the same work, except Mr Jeremy installed also a key pad). Why? I request that the documents be sent to my mailing address.
