Arrived promptly at the appointed time and began a 25 point inspection of the door, After reviewing damage gave me a choice of 3 estimates for service and recommended the proper repairs. Work was done quick;y and c;leaned up area pf all discarded materials. We operated the door several times verifying the proper working of the door which works better than ever and should give me many years of service. SImply outstanding!!! James and Julian arrived on time and completed the work rapidly and professionally. Replaced spring, installed new Liftmaster opener, replaced track wheels - all in about 1.5 hours. Left the place spotless and took away all old items/pkgng. Great service. Jeremy is a very courteous and knowledgable professional technician. He took his time explaning how to operate the garage door opener and computer system to both me and my wife. He recommended a Homelink Repeater kit in order to use my wife's remote in the car and for added security he installed a My Q Gateway so that it could be operated from my smart phone. This enables me to monitor and secure my garage door from my cell phone while away from the house. I would highly recommend Jeremy Wright and Precision Door to all my friends and neigbors.

We had a broken spring on our garage door on a Sunday morning. I was surprised that Precision Door was able to send a technician within a few hours of calling. David was very professional. He called ahead to let us know of a slight delay, and called again before he arrived. He replaced the spring, and gave us the option of replacing our 19 year old rollers and bearings. All work was done fairly quickly and well - the door is so quiet now!
