Julian was great and super polite. There was a problem with my Visa card as it has one of the new chips and Julien's computer reader would not approve it, he called someone else and the same thing happened. Julian did try very hard to help. I did pay with another card. I contacted my credit union that issued the card and according to them my account is just fine and they believe it was due to the fact that the computer reader issued to your technicians needs an update. I have contacted your office about this problem. Main thing is Julian is a great technician and you should be very proud of him!!!

I called Precision Door to get myself on their schedule for the day, and James was at my house by 8:30 and had completed the repair by 9:30. Excellent service and prompt response! While he was extremely nice and the installation went fairly quickly, this was the second time around. The doors that were installed the first time were not the right product. This time he has the right product but when it came time to install the trim he was unable to complete the task. Apparently the technicians do not have nail guns and since my trim is hardy plank he had no way to attach the garage door vinyl trim. There is a fairly large gap at the edged of the door that Jay explained was because of the sheetrock and there was not much he could do about it? It seems pointless now to have insulated doors when there is such a large gap.

I called on Sunday, Labor Day weekend 2015. A technician was at my house within 1 hour. He was courteous, professional, neat, and examined was was needed. He completed within 45 minutes. I will recommend him to my neighbors. All in all, an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

Dave was efficient and honest. Prices I thought was a little high but have not had the opportunity to compare. Was able to pay via credit card which helps. Utilized this company as it was the company that installed the original unit to the house.

This guy was great! Showed up on time. Very professional. Explained the problems and gave the solutions. Replaced 2 torsion springs and all the rollers on the door. All fixed and is so quiet when opening and closing the door. I highly recommend these people. Great Job!

James and Julian did an excellent job. James clearly explained all options in dealing with a dead motor, old belts, very old bearings. I elected to do the "Best" repair. They completed it in the time they indicated in a hot garage (over 90 degrees) facing west in late afternoon. They were friendly and courteous throughout.
