Technician was scheduled from 4-6 and arrived at 7 when our family was eating dinner. Technician only wanted to up charge us for services we didn't need. We had the same repairs done on our other garage door by Precision several years ago for 1/2 the price. We even showed the technician the old invoice but he only made excuses such as now the company is national etc. Our first experience with Precision was fine. This time not!

Received an appointment time window just a couple of hours after calling. Excellent response. Jeremy called soon after to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and able to fix the problem quickly and without recourse to expensive replacement parts. Excellent service. Would definitely reccomend and will use again.

He was not here long enought to evaluate! Seriously, Dave was here just a few months ago to do over $1,000 worth of repairs. He does a great job. Today, he came out to deliver and program a remote. It took me longer to write the check than it did for him to do his work. The $138. charge is outrageous. Your service is great. Your charges are ridiculous. We were expecting a charge of $75. I am looking for another provider.

Julian was great and super polite. There was a problem with my Visa card as it has one of the new chips and Julien's computer reader would not approve it, he called someone else and the same thing happened. Julian did try very hard to help. I did pay with another card. I contacted my credit union that issued the card and according to them my account is just fine and they believe it was due to the fact that the computer reader issued to your technicians needs an update. I have contacted your office about this problem. Main thing is Julian is a great technician and you should be very proud of him!!!

James Rose and his assistant were great! I was trying to leave my house early in the morning, only to find that my garage door spring had broken. I called Precision Door to get myself on their schedule for the day, and James was at my house by 8:30 and had completed the repair by 9:30. Excellent service and prompt response!
