Dave Sinner came to my house on 2/19 to give me an estimate to replace a double door and a single door, also an opener for the double door. Mr Sinner looked at my old doors and advised me what all would need to be replaced - discussed some options to consider - compared door types and any advantage of upgrade - types of openers & advantages - showed me the type of rollers & hardware that would be used and explained how the process worked. He also gave me some cost quotes to consider - which is very helpful. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable - answered all questions - and was interested in discussing our project. We plan on placing an order with Precision Door within a couple weeks. Thank You!!

My garage door was struggling to open and one of the guide wheels had actually fallen off. I was able to put the wheel back on but the door was struggling to close . I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service (Pecision Door Houston) and they were actually able to send a technician out that same day but I instead scheduled for the following morning. The technician called me during the 2hr window and informed me he would arrive at my address in 30 minutes. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He took a look at my 1990's garage door and diagnosed the problem very quickly. The technician then made several recommendations, at different price points, and informed me that he had all of the parts necessary to do the job then. I took the experienced technician's recommendation and approved for him to replace my garage door's old pulley system and plastic wheels with a spring system and updated bearing wheels. The job took under an hour and was reasonably priced. I am 100% satisfied with the installation and professionalism of the technician and would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing their garage door repaired.

James and Mark were very efficient and knowledgeable about garage doors. They contacted me and arrived on time. They explained the broken chain that was enclosed and recommended replacement with a visible chain along with new rollers. The plate attached to the contractor grade garage door opener was also broken. It was recommended to replace opener and they explained to me the choice of 2 different ones. They worked to complete the job within a little over an hour. I appreciated their friendliness and willingness to answer my questions. They were neat in their work and cleaned up once they were finished. Thank you to Precision for sending the service techs in a timely manner.
