Wow, I didn't know this kind of service even existed any more! Our opener stopped working on Saturday so I started researching repair options on Sunday. I noticed that you guys advertise answering the phones 24/7. So I called on Sunday afternoon hoping to do nothing more than schedule a service call sometime during the following week. What a pleasant surprise that within 3 hours a technician arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me the information to have a new motor sent by the manufacturer under warranty and instructions to let you know when I receive it to schedule the replacement. Amazing! This is how you make customers for life!

Service Technician David Bell came out and fixed all the issues with my eleven year old garage door. The springs were not adjusted for the weight of the door. One of the springs had been replaced before I bought the house and the other was probably original to the house. The rollers were original and worn. David replaced the old springs and installed new rollers. I can now tell that the opener is not working as hard to cycle the door and it is much quieter. Quite is better because it means that things are working the way they are intended. Overall, an excellent job, maybe I paid a little more than some others would charge, but I know the work was done properly and the door will reliable for years. I also know that you get what you pay for. Good job.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to get my broken garage door torsion spring replaced. It all started with a storm and power outage. Opened our garage door manually and in the end, one of the cables snapped. I called and spoke with Amber (very polite!!!). I was told Ryan would be at our house between 8pm-10pm. He showed up about 20 minutes after I hung up with Amber, right after 8pm! He was very professional, polite and explained what happened to our door. In the end, we decided to just get a new door. He set the door back on track for us that night and took my order for a new door. Next morning, I get a call around 8am (I'm so sorry I forget your name!) and in the end, we were put on the schedule for that very day! Jonas came and tore down our old door and installed the new one. Job well done. It's amazing how as we get older, all these new home improvements and appliances make you feel all giddy like a kid in a candy store. I LOVE my new door! It's sooooo quiet. Thank you, team, for all your work. Everyone we interacted with were polite and professional!

I found this company on a quick Google search and was not disappointed at all. Jose was amazing! He arrived during the specified time frame, worked diligently to explain the repair and completed it in a timely manner. After a thorough explanation, we decided to upgrade to new rollers even though it wasn't immediately necessary. The door just sounds so much better and works better than when the home builders first installed it.

Bryan fabricated and installed a new dual gate system at our horse stables across a one lane gravel road. That required a lot of planning and attention to detail (not to mention precision and patience)! We could not be happier!! During a bad storm lightening struck my neighbor's home and arched knocking out my electric garage door opener. Contacted Precision Door because I saw that they were taking precaution for the Covid-19 virus and they were local. Dave Sinner was my repair person and he told me my garage door opener wasn't repairable. He gave me options, I selected one and he said it would be installed in an hour or so. And it was. Dave was very knowledgeable and kind. This is a good company and I'd recommend Precision in a minute. Thank you!!!
