I found this company on a quick Google search and was not disappointed at all. Jose was amazing! He arrived during the specified time frame, worked diligently to explain the repair and completed it in a timely manner. After a thorough explanation, we decided to upgrade to new rollers even though it wasn't immediately necessary. The door just sounds so much better and works better than when the home builders first installed it.

Bryan fabricated and installed a new dual gate system at our horse stables across a one lane gravel road. That required a lot of planning and attention to detail (not to mention precision and patience)! We could not be happier!! During a bad storm lightening struck my neighbor's home and arched knocking out my electric garage door opener. Contacted Precision Door because I saw that they were taking precaution for the Covid-19 virus and they were local. Dave Sinner was my repair person and he told me my garage door opener wasn't repairable. He gave me options, I selected one and he said it would be installed in an hour or so. And it was. Dave was very knowledgeable and kind. This is a good company and I'd recommend Precision in a minute. Thank you!!!

These guys are great. Precision has now done two separate repairs for me including (1) a complete door and assembly replacement and (2) a new drive motor. Both were same day inspection appointments and in the case of the drive unit, a same day replacement. Technicians take a lot of pride in the installs. Exceeds expectations all the way around.

I called Precision Garage Doors to fox the spring on my garage door. I ended up paying a $50.94 service fee for them to tell me that it would cost me $612.00 just for the spring. Not! I could purchase a new garage door for that price. Totally ridiculous!!!! Won’t be calling them again!

I called just yesterday to ask for service on our two garage doors and was very pleased you could send someone the very next day. Josh Kesler called ahead to say he would be arriving within the next 30 minutes. He did an examination of the doors and then presented us with three alternatives that would take care of our problem. He was polite and knew exactly what he was doing. We replaced both springs and rollers along with other parts. We are very pleased with both Josh and Precision Garage Door. I would not hesitate to recommend both to our friends who might have similar issues.

Found the company listed online. When I called to set an appointment, I explained to the intake person that I had replaced the broken gear and sprocket on the opener, and it appeared the limit switch had also been damaged. The rep advised me that all common parts for Sears, Liftmaster and other major brands were on the technician's vehicles and he could replace it if needed. When the tech arrived, he looked at the opener, did his 25 point safety inspection, and provided a quote for over $400 (springs, pulleys, labor, etc.) He did not have the limit switch kit on his vehicle and was going to have to charge another trip charge to install the $17 part if he came back. I ordered the part online, bought new springs with safety cables and completed the process for less than $50. Not very happy with the fact the rep stated the parts should be on the tech's truck, but was not, and then was given an extremely high quote.

What you have here is a company that comes in and swings for the fences. They tell you that you NEED to replace all components. I’m a project manager for a home builder and let them talk. Had a 70 dollar torsion spring that needed to be replaced and the initial estimate was over a grand. Don’t use this company.

I had lost my remote to my garage door. The tech was able to give me a new remote plus note I needed a new spring on my door. He stated without a new spring my door works harder than it should.

Needed to get my door fixed immediately so I just looked online for "garage door repair" and your company name came up. I checked online and made an appointment for next day service. First off, David Bell came by since I had made an appointment to fix the door. Come to find out that it would be best just to install new doors.
