I deeply regret that I can not give Precision a good review. My experience this afternoon fell far short of being satisfactory. Nothing was accomplished towards solving the issue. I hope that other people have a better experience than I did, but I will not be using them again.

This is the best service I have ever received. My appointment was scheduled from 8 to 10 PM, The service tech Dave call about 6:00 pm said he was early and waiting for me at my house. He actually arrived at 5:45. He replaced both springs, rollers, and re-adjusted our door in about an hour. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Dave & Precision Garage door!!!

Called to replace garage door opener, gave me a price over the phone. The technician Tyler West and his helper came an hour early to do the installation , which was great. Did the work in a timely matter. My only problem was when they arrived gave me a price that was almost double than the price over the phone ! They called the office and got it down close to per phone call. Only received one remote,as many time I had to buy a garage door opener I always received two. Asked Tyler about another one,said it was going to coast me $55.00 !! Had to buy the extra one online !! Beside that they did a Great job!!!

My issue was that my outdoor/remote keypad was no longer opening the garage door. I asked Precision's On-line chat to help diagnose the problem, but they are not technical and only offered to send a technician. When the technician came, he immediately started looking for a replacement keypad. I asked the tech if he was going to trouble shoot the issue before replacing the entire keypad. After checking, the 9V battery was dead and was the cause of the issue. I gave him a new 9V battery and the keypad worked fine. For something like this, I would expect a little bit of trouble shooting guidance over the phone versus having to have a tech come out and charge $75 to replace a battery. I was happy when Precision installed the opener and upgraded the garage door springs, rollers, etc. a few years back, but I was not happy with this service call.

Great customer service. Charles Mincey went out of he way to explain everything in detail on why it broke and what exactly needed to be done. Safety was his main concern since we needed the two spring system so it wont land on a car or any person if it broke again. On time, polite, would recommend Charles to anyone needing service.
