A $0.78 piece of 1"x2"x6' lumber ended up costing me over $600. My garage door repair was not an after hours emergency, so I used the 'online chat' after hours to schedule a service call for the next day. The system is very user-friendly and I had a confirmed appointment for 8-10am the next morning. I received a call from Joshua Kesler (Field Service Manager) to let me know when he was about half an hour away. Joshua is very professional, courteous, friendly, and thorough in his explanation of what will be involved in the repair and the expected cost. Joshua performed an inspection, made the repair, and tested the functionality of the garage door's operation. Unfortunately, I was informed the main tension springs would need to be replaced because of the hazards in winding old (existing) springs. This accounted for 2/3 of the cost of the entire repair. The parts cost seemed a bit high, but the overall service was exceptional. I will recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

repair job broke withi three days, check with your service reps. Call placed about one hour ago an ask for a message to be sent to you as an owner of this company. As I stated in and early comment I paid 1,365.00 for a shoddy job, that this eerpresentative said I had to pa 49.95 to get help with a warrenty job that broke in 3 days.I expect you to call me immediately to solve his problem today; 2814814184

A technician named Jonas was able to come out within an hour when I called. This gave us peace of mind because our garage door was open and jammed to where we could not loosen it up. They were on point and had the right tools that a normal homeowner would not have. He also offered new nylon rollers which quiets the opening and closing. It was a great deal that I could not pass up.

Waste of time. The tech came out to tell us the spring was broken and they couldn't fix it. I had already explained the spring was broken when I made the appointment. The woman who took the appointment indicated the technicians had parts and tools with them so they could perform repairs on the spot. The tech basically walked in, said spring is broken, can't fix it, call someone else, give me my $50 now. Total waste of time and money.
