Marlon was great. He gave me a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival as requested. On arrival, we discussed the problem I was having and he offered a solution. *YAY! great customer service still exists!!! * Selected Precision after much research and following an unpleasant experience with a different company in town. James C was wonderful! Very respectful of my time and kind to my mother, who owns the doors needing service. He was polite, kind, professional, punctual, informative, thorough and still very quick with the work we had done. We were given 3 levels of service estimate and not pressured on which to choose. We will definitely use Precision again and refer this company to all our friends and family.

Repairman: Josue Blanco Once I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Company, I was very pleased with the professionalism I experienced. I was very impressed with the website as well. Josue replaced the motor on my garage door, the steel rollers, adjusted some springs and aligned the entire system. He did an outstanding job on my garage door although it was many decades old. I found Josue to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him how much I appreciated the fantastic job he did. Without a doubt I would call Precision again, if I need to.

This was the second time we've used Precision Garage Door based on how our first experience went. Again they did a great job at replacing our springs, we went with a whole new assembly for a price that was reasonable. They finished the job quickly and explained how everything works. Will use them again for any garage door work needed.

Josue is an excellent representative for your company. He listened to my issues, discussed potential causes and then discussed repair options. I got a new garage door opener and he installed it and the associated rail, buttons, openers and infrared sensors. He also insured my car button worked with the new opener. The service technician, Brian, explained the issue with the garage door opening randomly and was able to do all the repairs and equipment replacement. He was very polite and courteous.

The technician assigned to installed the new garage door, had the hardest time. There was several visits of other technicians to get the door installed. Now After a couple of years of the garage door being installed, is completely broken and in risk of falling on top of a the car.

I really appreciate that James called me earlier to give me a time estimate of when he would be able to arrive at my home. He then followed up with a call when he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was quick to identify the problem. He was courteous and professional. I will definitely continue to call Precision for my garage door needs.
