Jeff called before arriving and was spot on with arrival. Introduced himself, saw problem, told me what it would cost, I agreed, and he proceeded with replacing broken spring with two new springs. Called because door would open automatically after closing. I could not get it to stay closed. Jeff reset the limit settings and everything worked fine.
