He is very polite and explained exactly what was happening with our garage door and what he was going to be doing to fix it. He advised me of different garage doors I may want to consider soon as our door needs to be replaced. I would like to have this technician come out again when we are ready to replace the door.

Julian was great and super polite. There was a problem with my Visa card as it has one of the new chips and Julien's computer reader would not approve it, he called someone else and the same thing happened. Julian did try very hard to help. I did pay with another card. I contacted my credit union that issued the card and according to them my account is just fine and they believe it was due to the fact that the computer reader issued to your technicians needs an update. I have contacted your office about this problem. Main thing is Julian is a great technician and you should be very proud of him!!!
