Technician was scheduled from 4-6 and arrived at 7 when our family was eating dinner. Technician only wanted to up charge us for services we didn't need. We had the same repairs done on our other garage door by Precision several years ago for 1/2 the price. We even showed the technician the old invoice but he only made excuses such as now the company is national etc. Our first experience with Precision was fine. This time not!

Julian was great and super polite. There was a problem with my Visa card as it has one of the new chips and Julien's computer reader would not approve it, he called someone else and the same thing happened. Julian did try very hard to help. I did pay with another card. I contacted my credit union that issued the card and according to them my account is just fine and they believe it was due to the fact that the computer reader issued to your technicians needs an update. I have contacted your office about this problem. Main thing is Julian is a great technician and you should be very proud of him!!!

James Rose and his assistant were great! I was trying to leave my house early in the morning, only to find that my garage door spring had broken. I called Precision Door to get myself on their schedule for the day, and James was at my house by 8:30 and had completed the repair by 9:30. Excellent service and prompt response! I called on Sunday, Labor Day weekend 2015. A technician was at my house within 1 hour. He was courteous, professional, neat, and examined was was needed. He completed within 45 minutes. I will recommend him to my neighbors. All in all, an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

This guy was great! Showed up on time. Very professional. Explained the problems and gave the solutions. Replaced 2 torsion springs and all the rollers on the door. All fixed and is so quiet when opening and closing the door. I highly recommend these people. Great Job!

Replaced spring, installed new Liftmaster opener, replaced track wheels - all in about 1.5 hours. Left the place spotless and took away all old items/pkgng. Great service. Jeremy is a very courteous and knowledgable professional technician. He took his time explaning how to operate the garage door opener and computer system to both me and my wife. He recommended a Homelink Repeater kit in order to use my wife's remote in the car and for added security he installed a My Q Gateway so that it could be operated from my smart phone. This enables me to monitor and secure my garage door from my cell phone while away from the house. I would highly recommend Jeremy Wright and Precision Door to all my friends and neigbors.
