My garage door was struggling to open and one of the guide wheels had actually fallen off. I was able to put the wheel back on but the door was struggling to close . I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service (Pecision Door Houston) and they were actually able to send a technician out that same day but I instead scheduled for the following morning. The technician called me during the 2hr window and informed me he would arrive at my address in 30 minutes. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He took a look at my 1990's garage door and diagnosed the problem very quickly. The technician then made several recommendations, at different price points, and informed me that he had all of the parts necessary to do the job then. I took the experienced technician's recommendation and approved for him to replace my garage door's old pulley system and plastic wheels with a spring system and updated bearing wheels. The job took under an hour and was reasonably priced. I am 100% satisfied with the installation and professionalism of the technician and would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing their garage door repaired.

Technician was scheduled from 4-6 and arrived at 7 when our family was eating dinner. Technician only wanted to up charge us for services we didn't need. We had the same repairs done on our other garage door by Precision several years ago for 1/2 the price. We even showed the technician the old invoice but he only made excuses such as now the company is national etc. Our first experience with Precision was fine. This time not!
