Replaced broken and undersized spring, replaced rollers, replaced garage door opener. Now I have smooth, quiet garage door!!! Jeremy did fantastic work. The original service was very good. But that is where the good review ends. When trying to close the garage door the panels began to buckle. I stopped the door and then tried to open it and it started to buckle more. We called Precision to come back and he told me the panels were not under warranty. I was very surprised since it had only been 2 months since they were installed. He said it would be $648.00 to install the new panels. I was not very happy with that estimate. I told him if I had known the garage door was going to buckle again so soon I would have replaced the old garage door opener when they were here. I thought he would make an adjustment on the cost. Not happy about the deal. the

John Gallerano was our installer for our new garage door opener. Once we established a date to get this done, John did an excellent job at installing our new garage door opener. Also, he replaced brackets to make the garage door lift more easily and lubricated the door rollers & springs, all of which was above and beyond the normal job. Frank was prompt, courteous, efficient and extremely capable. He was called to replace a lost remote. It was a Wayne Dalton door installed in 1997, and they went out of business several yrs. ago. Apparently no other manufacturer's remotes will sync with the WD opener codes, although Frank tried. I decided to go ahead and replace the opener itself. When asked Frank gave me two options, I made my choice, and he did an excellent job. The new opener and remotes work great. I highly recommend Frank and the Precision Garage Door Company.

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable on his company products. Our garage door spring had broken, the door is over 15 years old and had not been serviced in while. The bearings and other components need to be replaced and Jacob provided 3 quote options. After reviewing, we chose to replace the door with an insulated model. In the short term he replaced the spring so we would be able to use the door until the new one is installed. Overall we were very impressed with Jacob.

Technician arrived 45 mins LATE over appointment time. 12 point inspection performed. Replacement of inside control panel. Only 30 mins of work done but charged for a full hour of labor $90.

Jeremy and his assistant did a great job. When they were done, they explained what I could do to assist with maintaining the parts they replaced. My old, tight garage presented a challenge in replacing the rollers, and by accident they put a small hole in the wall. They offered to pay for the repairs, but it's very minor and we can handle it. Good experience.

The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage quickly. I was however a bit disappointed that they attempted to sell me a plethora of service/equipment that I didn't need. My garage door opener was about a year old and yes was builders grade, however, new track, wheels, and spring are probably not necessary at this time. The repair took less than an hour with limited inexpensive parts and I was charged 229$. This seemed high plus it was the low end... The recommended service was 950$. Crazy
