Frank was extremely professional. I was his last appointment of the day and due to traffic, he didn't get there until 6pm. He recognized the problem immediately. I was going to have to replace the garage door opener. Of course, this involved replacing the opener as well as all of the other buttons and sensors. All was done within two hours on a hot Thursday afternoon. I was very impressed with Frank and his attention to detail and want you to know that I think he is a great member of your team! The original service was very good. But that is where the good review ends. When trying to close the garage door the panels began to buckle. I stopped the door and then tried to open it and it started to buckle more. We called Precision to come back and he told me the panels were not under warranty. I was very surprised since it had only been 2 months since they were installed. He said it would be $648.00 to install the new panels. I was not very happy with that estimate. I told him if I had known the garage door was going to buckle again so soon I would have replaced the old garage door opener when they were here. I thought he would make an adjustment on the cost. Not happy about the deal. the
