Called on a holiday, we were Able to schedule same Day repair. Bryan Mediana showed up before schedule, which was a big plus since we were unable to close garage door. Very professional and efficient. He had door back on tracks in no time. He explain everything he was doing and adjusted everything until we were fully satisfied. Impressed with availability , promptness and service. We will stick with Precision for any future garage door maintenance and service.

Our overhead garage door came off its track and my car was inside so I would be unable to open the door. My husband is confined to a wheel chair and I would be unable to drive him should a medical problem developed. Which had occurred the day before. We learned of your business as our son has an office in the same business complex . it was almost 5.pm on a Friday and your staff were still there. I was amazed you were able to schedule a repair appointment and have a technician for later that evening. The Technician arrived as scheduled at just after 10.pm . He was extremely courteous,professional and knowable. He was able to make a complete repair and checked the second door to ensure all was well.
