My name is David Sinner and I was born in Toledo, Ohio. As a hobby my family enjoyed sailing on Lake Erie, fishing for Walleye and ice fishing for Perch. I moved to Texas when I was 20 years old and have been here in the Houston Area ever since. In the great state of Texas I enjoy salt water fishing, camping and hiking. i did not check your website before service but just noticed that there was a $50.00 coupon that i could have used. is it too late to use this coupon? your serviceman Dave was exceptional, and I was eager to have the door operational but I checked the internet after the fact and could not find an opener for that price. I loved the service but i think that your price was very high.

Excellent service. We have used your company several times over the years to maintain our garage door and opener. My Garage door quit going up, after checking it out, I saw a spring was busted. I looked up garage door repair and saw their ad. I was convinced this was the right way to go. I wanted a reputable company to fix it. When the repair man was finished, wow, I couldn't believe me ears. I had two new springs put in and new wheels on my door, those nylon ones with the bearings? Nice!! two thumbs way up. Now my garage door works great and I have to watch it to see if its actually moving. Its so quiet, I can't tell if its even working anymore. Great job!!

Our garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon, so we called Precision Garage Door in Kingwood. Technician, Dave Sinner, came out within a couple of hours. He was able to get our car out of the garage and came back Monday morning with parts to repair it. He had the door working in about a hour and a half. We were very pleased with his professionalism and expertise in repairing our garage door! Thank you, Dave!

During a bad storm lightening struck my neighbor's home and arched knocking out my electric garage door opener. Contacted Precision Door because I saw that they were taking precaution for the Covid-19 virus and they were local. Dave Sinner was my repair person and he told me my garage door opener wasn't repairable. He gave me options, I selected one and he said it would be installed in an hour or so. And it was. Dave was very knowledgeable and kind. This is a good company and I'd recommend Precision in a minute. Thank you!!!

I will never use this company again. They are a rip off. They tell you when you set the appointment that it's $49 and they only charge more for labor and parts. Well this man took about 15 mins to put our garage door back on track and charged us $200 bucks. Because if the cost we thought he used a part or something, well he didn't. Neither did he email our receipt showing his work. Within 3 hrs of him so call repairing the door, the door fell off again. Needless to say, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! We called the company and the tech guy to see what he had done. He tells us that it couldn't be repaired after he took our money of $200 for 15 mins, and that we should contact the company because it should still be under warranty. If you are an expert at your craft, wouldn't you know that after looking at the door and before you took our money. We deserve a refund!!!

This is the best service I have ever received. My appointment was scheduled from 8 to 10 PM, The service tech Dave call about 6:00 pm said he was early and waiting for me at my house. He actually arrived at 5:45. He replaced both springs, rollers, and re-adjusted our door in about an hour. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Dave & Precision Garage door!!!

Dave was very professional all around great guy. Didn't sell me what I didn't need. Gave me a price on 2 springs and thats exactly what I paid. Easy to talk to,he explained everything to me.
