My name is David Sinner and I was born in Toledo, Ohio. As a hobby my family enjoyed sailing on Lake Erie, fishing for Walleye and ice fishing for Perch. I moved to Texas when I was 20 years old and have been here in the Houston Area ever since. In the great state of Texas I enjoy salt water fishing, camping and hiking. I can’t wait to show you why we’re the best at what we do and look forward to helping you out with all of your garage door and opener needs.

This is the best service i have ever received. It was 3:00pm the Sunday before Labor Day that I called. The service tech Dave said he's be there between 4 and 6. He arrived at 3:45. He replaced both springs in about an hour. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage door!!!

Very happy with the service. Got me in same day. Dave Sinner did a great job, called ahead, gave me the quote and recommended the best springs and rollers for my door. Very large metal door was making a lot of noise and had broken spring. I wanted the upgraded quality springs and rollers that Dave showed me. Installation went very quick and he perfectly tuned the door to the springs. His expertise showed with his efficiency and his knowledge was evident. Very happy with the installation. If I need anything, I will be calling Precision. Thanks very much

Precision Garage Door was the only one of three companies who sent a technician out to inspect and provide a quote for replacing my garage door. The three technicians I worked with were all professional and did a thorough job with the initial inspection and replacing the door. Dave and Jay were courteous and professional as the performed their jobs. James even rushed over to install the window inserts that were inadvertently left in the warehouse. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our entire experience with the technician (Dave Sinner) Precision sent to repair our garage door. The door failed on Friday morning (one cable came off the pulley, door became grossly out of alignment, tilted, bent rails.) Myself and five neighbors tried to fix the door Friday night. Ha! I praise my neighbors for trying to help, but we succeeded in making it worse. I called one repair service and they scheduled a tech for Saturday. The tech they sent was nice, but he said it was a two man job for them and no other tech was available at that time so he said we could wait until Monday or call a different company. We didn't want to wait that long so the tech recommended we call Precision Garage Door. I called Precision and the representative checked and told us they could work us in today and their technician could be there between 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. I was skeptical at first because it was already 1:30 P.M. Dave called in less than 30 minutes and was at our house less than 30 minutes later. Dave looked at our mess, made suggestions and went over all of our options, in detail with pricing on his tablet. We choose one of the options to have the work done right then while he was on site. Dave was very personable, funny, and went right to work. He didn't need another technician to help him. What a professional. It was immediately obvious that Dave knew what he was doing. One of my neighbors came over to watch, and before we knew it Dave had the door leveled, lowered, and was replacing parts. We had elected to have all new rollers, pulleys, cables, and springs replaced. My wife, my neighbor, and myself were so amazed at how fast Dave did the work. He is a true professional. Our garage door is like brand new. It operates so smoothly and quiet now. If you need garage door work call Precision Garage Door. You won't be sorry.
