David was fast getting to my home today (10/26) when my garage door came off its track. He showed me exactly what the problem was. It was a poor installation of new springs. He fixed the door within 30 minutes, and I was so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. I can't thank him enough....thank you once again David!

Excellent prompt same day service. The technician David B. was very knowledgeable. Offered suggestions and performed a thorough inspection, roller replacement, lubed all moving parts, replaced worm gear trolley on garage opener drive, replaced both plate bearings and re set spring torsion and verified proper weight and balance. Did all this within 2 hours. Reasonably priced. Trustworthy and a Insured bonded “BBB” rated company that I was fortunate to find while googling companies . I went by the reviews and glad I did! Our overhead garage door came off its track and my car was inside so I would be unable to open the door. My husband is confined to a wheel chair and I would be unable to drive him should a medical problem developed. Which had occurred the day before. We learned of your business as our son has an office in the same business complex . it was almost 5.pm on a Friday and your staff were still there. I was amazed you were able to schedule a repair appointment and have a technician for later that evening. The Technician arrived as scheduled at just after 10.pm . He was extremely courteous,professional and knowable. He was able to make a complete repair and checked the second door to ensure all was well. Thank you for your service and we will continue to call upon you in the future for service Thank you .

My garage door came out of its tracks...the second time this happened in six months. Last time, we had another repair service do the fix, and we weren't impressed, and the door did the same thing today. This time, we looked for another company and saw Precision. YOU guys took care of my wife and I when we could not get anyone else to come help us. David Bell is also a great company employee - he sold us on YOU. My neighbor took Jay's card today and Nathan was also impressed with Jay's work. Probably every garage door in Clear Lake will need to be replaced soon because almost all of the homes were built back in the late 1960's and you will have a good, happy customer with me recommending Precision Doors through our community social network...NextDoor. I can recycle my old garage door at a place on Hwy 3 @ fm 646, so I was able to save a little money. Thank You for letting me change my mind on the disposal of my old door and letting me save a little money.

The technician arrived when he said he would, he was knowledgeable, and he provided me a variety of options from fixing my immediate problem to doing additional preventive maintenance. He was not at all pushy or trying to aggressively sell me more than I needed. He gave me the options, costs, and his recommendation. He took the time to explain how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was as promised. I stapled David's card to the wall next to my garage door opener control and will definitely call him again if I have another problem. Hopefully that is many years from now.

David Bell did an excellent job replacing my old garage door opener. He thoroughly explained the issues with the old opener and the benefits of the new opener. During the installation he also provided tips for inspection and maintenance of the new opener. The installation took less time than I anticipated. He also provided a demonstration of the keypad and the controls on the opener. When he completed the install he also made sure to clean the area. We are very pleased with the installation and operation of the new opener.
