SImply outstanding!!! James and Julian arrived on time and completed the work rapidly and professionally. Replaced spring, installed new Liftmaster opener, replaced track wheels - all in about 1.5 hours. Left the place spotless and took away all old items/pkgng. Great service. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Jeremy and his assistant did a great job in installing a new opener and spring system. The only negative is that they didn't arrive until 1 hour after the appointment window. When I called to check status, the office stated that they didn't think that Jeremy knew he had another appointment - Strange! I don't think this was Jeremy's issue at all, it was likely the office's issue.

David Bell provided exceptional customer service. He called to let me know he was 30 minutes from my home and he arrived on time. He was so informative and very nice. He explained everything he was doing and also educated me on many things regarding what my garage door opener would do. He fixed my external backup battery and also trouble shot why my remote opener did not work. I needed to purchase a new one and he programmed it for me.
