The sales person by the name Titan Keme, oh my God, this man was professional, friendly, courteous. He took his time to explain the work am getting done, the tools, the companies workmanship. What a great experience. I was sold.

Jeremy and Kurt called before they came to let me know they were running a bit behind. Once they arrived they accessed the doors, gave us several repair/replacement options and were able to do the work at that time. Both techs seemed very knowledgeable about the products and the installation of several new parts to get our outdated door in excellent working order. Make sure to tell them if you have a screw type opener that had to be custom fitted into ceiling. Because I didn't it was a wasted trip. I paid to have someone lubricated parts and tighten bolts. I felt like it was a wasted trip but it was my fault by assuming that they could fix anything related to garage door openers. They can't obviously. Tech was personable and I do not hold him responsible.

In one word.....Excellent! We had used Precision Door for a previous issue with our garage door opener and when the opener totally died this time, and we needed a new one, we again contacted Precision Door. James, the tech, arrived on time and went over all the options regarding repair vs. replacement . I had already researched the types of openers and made the selection. James installed the new unit, went over all the features, programmed the remotes etc., cleaned up the garage better than it was when he arrived, and removed the old unit. My husband was very impressed with the new unit. Lots of nice features that you didn't even realize you "needed" in a garage door opener! Smart phone app, motion sensor when you open the storm door into the house, temperature display on the wall unit. It even comes with the repeater unit for the HomeLink that he has in his vehicle. I could go on but that's enough for now. We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door, and particularly with the tech, James. Thanks for making our day!
