A technician named Jonas was able to come out within an hour when I called. This gave us peace of mind because our garage door was open and jammed to where we could not loosen it up. They were on point and had the right tools that a normal homeowner would not have. He also offered new nylon rollers which quiets the opening and closing. Both service experiences went the extra mile to explain the problem we were having and what was done to correct the issue. Jeremy arrived early and got the problem fixed. The 2 springs were replaced 30 days ago but the door had begun to slam down on closing. Jeremy adjusted the springs and the lift & travel settings on the opener. Now the door is balanced & closes quietly. I'll have Jeremy back out in a few weeks to install the universal weather seal!
